somehow i have doubts that what you say happens in such a way that the sexual focus is about the newborn seeing the deed.
i would assume patreon has some of their dubious guidelines about minors being in the same room or some such. but patreon also prohibits relations between step siblings and that is an incest game and also abandoned for two years now.

gratulations, you successfully promoted the game. i had a look. i fast forwarded to that scene. and no, the baby viewing and reacting to the deed is not the sexual focus. compare to any cuck or voyeur scene. you do see a camera view that is positioned where the baby is. but you do not see the baby reacting to that scene. for all you know the baby could be looking at her own toes or be fallen asleep.
if the baby does look, she would be distracted by the hand of the guy, that he dangled right in front of her. you might have missed the hand, because of the background action and the dirty talk, that you, as a non-infant, could comprehend.
It is a game. Do not play it if it is not your cup of tea. Look at all the violent games out there that shoot and kill everyone in them. Some people view them as you are the scene where he and his gf/wife are having sex in the same bed as the infant. They have never been able to prove that violent games cause adults to be more violent. They have some research saying that it can affect kids, which is why they came out with the 18-and-over on a lot of games. I do not think that any game in any genre will cause adults to act out what is in the game. Only people who want to control others and feel their morals are better than the morals of others want to censor other adults. I have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. Both my girls are college-educated and great parents. I was a decent parent. Made some mistakes, as we all do. I have been playing games like this and reading virtual novels in every genre, and I never imagined my girls in the story. As I get older, I keep seeing more and more people trying to tell others how to live, what to watch, and how to raise their children. This is a game. If you do not like it, then do not download it.
Shame the game got discontinued. It had a great story and writing. I would have loved to see how the relationship would develop. I would have been willing to pay a lot because of the quality
It's a shame this game was so good I would have paid over $1,000 for more updates on this game I love the storyline I hate when games leave games unfinished such a beautiful fantastic storyline great artwork anybody that doesn't like this game can go fuck yourself because this game is fucking fantastic The shame that it was abandoned
